California White Bean Hummus



Roast garlic at 350 degrees F for 5-7 minutes in order to reduce bitterness. Combine roasted garlic with parsley, lemon juice, and basil in a food processor. Pulse for 5 seconds and add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth. If humus seems dry or too thick, add the reserved bean liquid and process until smooth. Serve with pita chips or crackers.
