Crumble the stilton cheese in a bowl and add the cranberries and nuts, incorporating them together into a spread-like texture. Fill the pear hollows and brush each pear with orange juice. Place pears on a broiler safe pan, flesh side up, under a broiler for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese has melted.Combine the remaining orange juice and olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place a bed of greens on a plate, drizzle with the dressing and place a pear on the greens.
NOTE: Pears will be firm and crunchy. If softer pears are desired, place the pear halves face down and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes prior to filling with the stilton mixture and placing under the broiler.
