Ravioli Fillings

During our Italian cooking class, we demonstrated homemade ravioli utilizing the Kitchenaid pasta roller attachment to prep the pasta dough for the ravioli press. Here are two great filling recipes that you can try the next time you make homemade ravioli!

Lemon Crab Filling

Ingredients

Directions

Sautee chopped scallions. Add crabmeat and cook for 2-3 minutes. Combine cheese in a bowl with crabmeat mixture, seasoning with spices and salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate 1 hour before stuffing ravioli.

Spinach Artichoke Filling

Ingredients

Directions

Sautee chopped onion in olive oil. Transfer onions to a bowl and combine remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for 1 hour before stuffing ravioli.
