Makes 12-15 one oz. meatballs or 3-4 burger patties! These meatballs have incredible flavor that taste similar to beef, have great texture and are easy to prepare.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ingredients in a large bowl and shape the mixture into 1 oz. meatballs. Heat oil to medium high in a fry pan and lightly sauté meatballs approximately 4 minutes on each side. Transfer to a baking sheet and finish in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce (we recommend Stonewall Kitchen Farmhouse Chutney!)
