Lemon Artichoke Dip
- 1 small jar marinated artichokes,
drained & oil reserved.
- 1 package cream cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend. Drizzle in reserved artichoke oil.
Garnish with your favorite herbs and serve with crackers.
