Fruit Strudel



Unroll puff pastry flat and spread pie filling over entire pastry. Roll into a pinwheel and place seam side down on a pan lined with pastry paper, tucking ends under. Cut slits across the entire roll. Combine the egg white from one egg with 2 tablespoons of water and brush the pinwheel top with the egg white wash. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Allow to cool and dust with powdered sugar. Garnish with fresh fruit.
