Blackberry and Apple Crumble


Crumb topping


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine apples, blackberries, sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice and lemon zest from the lemon peel in an oven-proof baking dish. Combine crumble topping ingredients and work into a gritty consistency and spread over the fruit. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the topping is brown and crunchy. Serve with lightly whipped heavy cream.
