Since the fall of 2007, we have been conducting Winter Cooking Classes at NOBLE. This year we’ve decided to take a break, utilizing our three month Winter Recess that covers January through March for buying trips, travel, inspiration and planning the 2017 season. While you may miss the fun of discovering a new recipe, learning a new technique and being entertained by Diana and Gene, we are leaving you a website full of our past cooking class recipes that you can find here. Categorized by appetizers, soups, salads, sides, entrees and desserts, many include a photo of the finished product and most take a very short time to prepare and enjoy. We hope that you will try a few of these “old friends”, enjoying them as much the second time as when they were first introduced.
